Integrative Soul Guidance Coaching & Mentoring

My work is not traditional life coaching. I offer Soul Guidance Coaching & Mentoring, a deeply intuitive, soul-led approach that weaves together coaching, mentoring, healing, and teaching - all guided by the unique soul design of the individual.

I work from the understanding that no two souls are designed the same, and therefore no two people should be guided through the same process. Rather than applying a fixed system or formula, I work at the level of soul identity, soul contracts, and soul evolution - supporting change that is aligned, embodied, and sustainable.

How I Work

My work is intuitive and soul-led, supported by practical systems that help translate insight into lived change. Alongside intuitive perception, I draw on:

• Astrology (cycles, timing, and life themes)

• Numerology (soul pathways and life rhythms)

• Human Design (energetic mechanics and decision-making)

• The Akashic Records (soul history, contracts, and higher guidance)

These tools allow me to understand not only what a client is experiencing, but why - and how their current challenges fit into their larger soul journey.

Sessions are always guided by what the soul is ready to work with now.

Coaching & Mentoring

I support clients in both inner transformation and real-world creation.

• Mentoring is relational, intuitive, and soul-informed. It supports healing, identity shifts, embodiment, long-term growth, and integration.

• Coaching is more focused and future-oriented. It supports clarity, decision-making, aligned action, conscious creation, and can also include healing.

Coaching may focus on:

• Relationships and relational patterns

• Purpose and soul work

• Spirituality

• Business, leadership, and entrepreneurship

• Money, self-worth, and energetic balance

I work with individuals, creatives, and entrepreneurs to help them understand how their inner dynamics shape what they create, and to bring their soul work into form in a grounded, sustainable way.

All coaching is led by the soul level, not surface goals alone.

Neuroscience of Change & Embodied Integration

Alongside intuitive guidance, I work with the neuroscience of change to support lasting transformation and manifestation.

This includes:

• Principles of neuroplasticity ( A great guide!)

• Awareness of self-talk and internal language

• Understanding how thoughts and beliefs shape perception and behaviour

• Nervous system regulation as a foundation for change

This approach helps clients not only gain insight, but embody new patterns - allowing change to stabilise at the level of behaviour, perception, and lived experience.

Healing & Pattern Resolution

Healing is a central part of my work. Sessions may include deep energetic clearing, emotional healing, and the resolution of repeating karmic patterns.

I support clients to heal:

• Emotional and physical trauma

• Removal and clearing of external psychic projection

• Inherited, ancestral, karmic, and collective patterns

• Past-life imprints accessed through energetic work, quantum healing and/or the Akashic Records

• Subconscious programs and energetic imprints across timelines

We revisit the past (safely) to resolve what is still active in the present, including relationship dynamics, creative blocks, fear patterns, or resistance to expansion.

Masculine & Feminine Energy Integration

A key focus of my work is supporting the integration of inner masculine and feminine energies.

These are foundational creative forces within every person. When they are out of balance, this can show up as burnout, over-control, emotional overwhelm, difficulty manifesting, or repeating relational and work patterns.

I support clients to:

• Heal distortions in how these energies have been conditioned

• Restore trust between action and intuition

• Integrate doing and receiving so they work together

This integration directly affects how clients relate to work, leadership, money, creativity, and relationships.

Intuitive & Spirit-Led Support

At the core of everything I do is intuitive perception.

This may include:

• Perceiving soul contracts and agreements

• Sensing which patterns or lessons are active now

• Accessing information through the Akashic Records

• Spirit-led guidance, where appropriate

I am also a medium and may connect with guides, councils of light, angelic beings, or passed loved ones - always in service of healing, clarity, and soul evolution. Mediumship is never the focus for its own sake and is only accessed when supportive and aligned.

Teaching & Self-Support Tools

Teaching is woven naturally into the work and tailored to the individual. I may share practical tools to support integration between sessions, including:

• Energy clearing and protection

• Nervous system regulation

• Meditation, daily spiritual practice and ritual (including Qigong)

• Manifestation and aligned goal-setting

• Developing intuitive awareness

I only offer practices that align with the client’s soul design.

A Soul-Level Foundation

All guidance and healing is grounded in a deep understanding of the client at soul level.

My work recognises that while each soul has a unique path, we are also part of a larger collective shift.

This work exists to support that transition - helping individuals create from choice rather than conditioning, express their purpose with integrity, and contribute their unique path to a shared movement toward wholeness.

Coaching & Mentoring — Ways to Work With Me

Coaching and mentoring are offered in longer-term containers to support real integration, change, and embodiment.

Available packages:

• 5-Session Package
  Suitable for working with one specific issue, transition, or goal - including healing a particular pattern or focusing on something you are ready to create or manifest.

• 10-Session Package
  Allows for deeper work while still centred around one core intention. Sessions may include coaching, mentoring, healing, and teaching, depending on your goal. and what your soul is ready for.

• 6-Month Journey
  A fully tailored container designed around your unique needs. This option is suited to major life or career transitions, spiritual awakening, soul-led path guidance, or long-term integration and embodiment work.

Longer-term packages may include Akashic Records readings and clearings, as an ad-on. Highly recommend it if it feels like the right time for you.
