Integrative Soul Guidance Coaching & Mentoring

My work is not traditional life coaching. I offer Soul Guidance Coaching & Mentoring, a deeply intuitive, soul-led approach that weaves together coaching, mentoring, healing, and teaching - all guided by the unique soul design of the individual.

I work from the understanding that no two souls are designed the same, and therefore no two people should be guided through the same process. Rather than applying a fixed system or formula, I work at the level of soul identity, soul contracts, and soul evolution - supporting change that is aligned, embodied, and sustainable.

How I Work

Alongside my intuitive perception, I draw on divination tools including Human Design, Astrology, and the Akashic Records, as well as a range of healing modalities and coaching techniques, choosing what is most appropriate for the individual and what they are ready to work with.

These tools and approaches allow me to understand not only what a client is experiencing, but why - and how their current challenges fit into their larger soul journey.

• Mentoring is relational, intuitive, and soul-informed. It supports healing, identity shifts, embodiment, long-term growth, and integration.

• Coaching is more focused and future-oriented. It supports clarity, decision-making, aligned action, conscious creation, and can also include healing.

The Aligned Path is a personalised three-month container designed to support deep transformation at the level of the soul, mind, emotions, energy, and everyday life.

This is not a coaching program built around one modality or a fixed formula. It is an integrated journey, informed by over a decade of personal transformation, professional training, intuitive development, and experience as a healing practitioner and intuitive guide.

We heal the patterns that no longer serve us.

We reconnect with the unique blueprint of the soul, exploring its gifts, life lessons, karmic patterns, and the deeper path it came here to experience.

And, we begin creating a life that reflects that alignment, making choices that are no longer driven by fear, survival, or old conditioning, but by a deeper connection with ourselves, our Higher-Self, and the Divine.

The deeper invitation is to become someone who trusts their own inner guidance, has the courage to follow what is unfolding, and creates a life that feels deeply meaningful, purposeful, and aligned.

This journey brings together intuitive guidance, coaching, mentoring, healing, spiritual development, practical integration, and a wide range of modalities, each chosen according to what will best support your unique path and what your soul is ready to work with.

How the journey goes -

The Three Phases of this Journey:

Phase One — Heal

Release trauma, conditioning, emotional wounds, survival patterns, nervous system dysregulation, and the energetic imprints that continue to influence your life.

Phase Two — Align

Reconnect with your soul blueprint through intuitive guidance, the Akashic Records, Human Design, astrology, numerology, and other soul-informed approaches. Together we explore your gifts, life lessons, soul contracts, karmic themes, and the deeper path your soul is ready to embody.

Phase Three — Create

Integrate what you've learned and begin making aligned choices. This phase is about courage, practical action, authentic self-expression, and creating a life, work, and way of serving that reflects who you are becoming.

All three phases are happening throughout the 3-months. We don't wait to create. We align as we heal and create in right timing.
